conundrum

I’ve been deathly afraid of saddening people,

which in turn has caused me to sadden people:

keeping them at a distance;

my fear interpreted as indifference.

Stuck on repeat

How long will we progressively

languish in a system that primarily

cares more about profits than people?

Destination

There was

no such joy

at the end

as was

upon the road

thereto.
